Key Results - BABOR’s Skin Coach: The implementation of the Skin Coach solution for BABOR yielded remarkable results that demonstrated the profound impact of this innovative and highly engaging offering. Comparing its performance to BABOR's e-commerce site, Skin Coach achieved an astounding 442% conversion uplift, underscoring its effectiveness in driving consumer engagement, trust, and sales. The Skin Coach also showcased its prowess with a notable 47% AOV uplift, emphasizing its ability to encourage customers to spend more per transaction. Moreover, 82% of sessions resulted in viewing tailored product recommendations. 

The solution’s effectiveness extended beyond conversion rates and AOV. On average, users of this solution set 3.92 personalized skin goals, highlighting its capacity to engage consumers and motivate them to actively pursue their skincare objectives. 

Skin Coach offered BABOR access to additional, continuously updated consumer data. The Coach solution captures 146 data points per user session about consumers' changing needs, concerns, goals, lifestyles, and more, amplifying the data value captured with Advisor. This invaluable data has given BABOR visibility and insights about their customers that weren't possible before.
