Following the launch of the BABOR Digital Skin Advisor, an experience that provides customers with a detailed skin analysis and personalized skincare routine powered by Revieve, BABOR launches, Skin Coach, a post-purchase experience that enhances customer loyalty and commitment by supporting customers in setting skin goals, tracking changes in their skin over time, and nurturing the customer with relevant content according to their needs.

How BABOR Skin Coach Works

After receiving the recommended skincare routine and purchasing the needed products via BABOR Digital Skin Advisor, the customer is prompted to create a profile. Within the profile, the customer can carry out three main actions:

  1. Goal Setting: At this stage, the customer inputs their skin goals from a skincare routine previously recommended by BABOR.
  2. Personalized Progress Tracking: Through Revieve's best-in-class mobile skin diagnostics, the customer is prompted to take a selfie at least once a month to log and track their progress.  
  3. Personalized Routine & Guidance: As BABOR Skin Coach traces the changes in the customer's skin over time through the selfie, it continuously recommends products and supports the customer in reaching their optimal skin state.
