Boots own-brand, No7 has partnered up with beauty tech company Revieve to bring consumers personalised skin services at home.
Shoppers on Boots’ UK and Ireland websites can access the Revieve Digital Beauty Advisor, an AI-powered self-diagnostic tool that analyses users’ skin and provides tailored recommendations to suit their skin needs.
Beauty consumers can use the new skincare service by taking a selfie before answering a few questions on their skin type and personal skin concerns to receive personalised advice and recommendations for No7 products.
No7 has launched this new service with the aim of providing customers the same standard of service they would receive from consultants in-store from the comfort of their homes.
UK Marketing Director for No7, Katie Swift said: “Now more than ever, we want to be able to offer our consumers the same high level service online as is offered in our stores, should they not be able to get to store.”
“We are so excited to partner with Revieve as their technology enables our consumers access to discovering the right products for their skin, paired with a personalised experience from the comfort of their home.”
Providing brands with a number of beauty tech solutions to help retailers engage with consumers whilst providing a seamless beauty experience, Revieve has partnered with over 70 brands including Shiseido, Philips and Samsung.
CEO of Revieve, Sampo Parkkinen added: “The ability to provide consumers with a personalised online experience is the future of the beauty and wellness experience.”
“No7 is the ideal partner to welcome in this next phase due to their skin care offerings, groundbreaking industry research and ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of their customers.”
