Boots and No7 have announced a partnership with beauty tech firm Revieve to provide what the brand is calling a more personalized online customer experience for beauty and skin care consumers.
The partnership will bring Revieve’s skin diagnosis capabilities and AI-recommendation engine to the Boots UK and Boots Ireland websites with a customized personalized beauty customer-experience. No7 customers will have access to Revieve’s Digital Beauty Advisor, a proprietary self-diagnostic platform that personalizes the shopping experiences for skincare and enables the No7 customers to have a tailored experience.
“Now more than ever, we want to be able to offer our consumers the same high level service online as is offered in our stores, should they not be able to get to store. We are so excited to partner with Revieve as their technology enables our consumers access to discovering the right products for their skin, paired with a personalised experience from the comfort of their home,” said Katie Swift, UK marketing director for No7.
“The ability to provide consumers with a personalized online experience is the future of the beauty and wellness experience,” said Sampo Parkkinen, CEO of Revieve. “No7 is the ideal partner to welcome in this next phase due to their skincare offerings, groundbreaking industry research, and ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of their customers.”
The personalized analysis is now available on the Boots website.
