Biography

Irina Mazur is responsible for transforming consumer engagement in the beauty industry by creating loyalty-building experiences and connecting shoppers, retailers, brands, and health and wellness partners. She currently serves as the Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Revieve, a leading beauty technology company that empowers brands and retailers to deliver personalized, AI-driven beauty and wellness experiences.

Irina is passionate about defining strategies, launching new products, leading technology teams, and building successful and efficient organizations.

With over 25+ years of experience, Irina has expertise in business development, go-to-market strategies, product and M&A strategies, product and software development, technical program management, and consulting. Her industry experience spans Health and Wellness Analytics and Attribution, CPG data management, retail and shopping center/mall analytics, location-based analytics, e-commerce platforms and application development, digital media content, iOS and Android mobile applications, networks infrastructure, and mobile device engineering and software application development.

Irina’s professional career includes significant roles at Motorola iDEN and Mobile Devices, HarperCollins Publishing, Slalom Consulting, Apartments.com, ShopperTrak/Tyco, Chief Product Officer at Label Insights, President of Product Intelligence at SPINS, and most recently, Chief Commercial Officer at Innit.
