Terms of Service

  1. These Terms of Service are applied to the Service provided by Revieve Oy (hereinafter: “Revieve”).
  2. All Digital Services (hereinafter: the “Service”) are used to provide Analysis, product recommendations and guidance to the User.
  3. Services are activated within various platforms eg web, app, separate devices (hereinafter: the channels), which serve as a platform for the Service.
  4. The Partner (hereinafter: the “Partner”) means selected partners from whom the Product Recommendations are provided for the User.
  5. The User of the Service (hereinafter: the “User”) grants Revieve rights to process all User-provided information, including but not limited to Selfie and data, within the Service to provide skin analysis and product recommendations based on User’s personal information. No data outside the Service is accessed by Revieve.
  6. The User -provided image (hereinafter: the “Selfie”) is processed through Revieve servers and destroyed after the analysis.
  7. The Product Recommendation (hereinafter: the “Recommendation”) is provided by selected Revieve Partners. The Partner and products may vary depending on User location.
  8. The User confirms that he understands that the data and image provided are intended to help diagnose the skin and for the purpose of giving Recommendations that are suitable from the range of products in stock and available for purchase from Partners. Although Revieve makes efforts to ensure that the Selfie analysis and Recommendations meet the needs of the user, it can’t ensure this and / or ensure that the interface will be free of malfunctions and / or defects. Therefore,  Revieve does not take any liability of the Recommendations nor the Selfie analysis provided to the User.
  9. The Recommendations can be purchased by selected Partners where separate terms and conditions apply after the User is re-directed to Partner webshop or mobile app. Revieve does not sell products and the User is advised to read the terms and conditions of the Partner carefully.
  10. The use of the Service is subject to accepting both Revieve Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  11. The User declares that he/she has read these Terms of Use and accepts them in their entirety, and that he/she shall not make any claim against Revieve and / or anyone acting on its behalf.
